Young birder Teodelina Martelli will tell us about love among the birds -- avian courtship, competition for mates and sexual selection, and pair bonding, as well as the role of birds in human romance. December 2020 meeting
At our December 2020 meeting we talked about habitat and encouraging birds to come to your yard with homemade feeders. Then we did a group drawing of a California Scrub Jay with everyone contributing elements of habitat. Shout out to Justina Martelli who drew the Scrub Jay and led the activity!
